3rd Annual Carnival

July 20th, 2024

This year’s carnival was another great success! Leading up to this event we worked during our sessions to learn the rules of each and every game as well as other roles needed at the carnival! This year we added 2 new games to learn! Shoot for the Stars, which was a tabletop shuffleboard game and The Lucky Cup Game, which was a game that you rolled a ball across cups attempting to get the ball to land in the lucky red cup!

On the day of the event, each hero ran their own game for the attendees as well as having time to play the games themselves. We had another special visit from Batman, as well as free cotton candy, popcorn, temporary tattoos and even a (plastic) carnival fish to take home!

All attendees got the chance to win up to 3 amazing prizes & support Hurley’s Heroes by purchasing food from Matty G Dogz, as they donated a portion of their proceeds to us to organize more fun events like these in the future!
